Is there anything i can do to bring on labour after my mucus plug has came away?
ByIs there anything i could do to bring on labour after my mucus plug has came away ? It came away on Valentimes Day ? Is there anything i can do or will i just have to be patient and wait lol ?

Go to the chiropractor. Thats what I did and I went into labor 24 hrs later. I did this on the advice from a friend of mine and it worked like a charm. Good luck sweetie. If you go to certified chiropractor then its completely safe so no worries girl.

I have heard that losing your plug does not mean labor is near. I would try sex, and walking

Mine came out three weeks before I went into labor. Don’t try to rush things, the baby will come when it’s mature enough to survive outside the womb and you want to let that happen naturally.

SEX SEX SEX SEX! Semen contains stuff (I know super technical) that actually soften the cervix to help effacement and dilation.

Go for a walk with someone, also you can do some squats. Lots of sex!
