I'm not a doctor, but it seems like you have a chemical pregnancy. A chemical pregnancy is basically when the sperm finds the egg and starts to fertilize. As the pregnancy is suppose to progress, it does not go far. The egg does not implant. Your body will secret the hormones and you will get positive pregnancy test. I took three home test and they all came back positive, but very faint. You know I'm thinking its early on in pregnancy so it will get darker if I take another home test. Started to have a little bleeding, went to the ER and they took a blood test and took my quants and came back 24. Thats very low for a pregnancy 5 weeks along. Unfortunately I was having a miscarriage. Alot of pregnancies end up like this. I'm sorry you're going through this. I just recently went through this almost two weeks ago. You need to tell your boyfriend. He needs to know, he should want to be there for you. Please let him know. Just go back to the doctors and they will tell you whats going on from there. I wish you the best.

Please CALM down... wait to hear what the doctor has to say tomorrow.

It could be a chemical pregnancy, where you have all the hormones, but nothing there. Or a molar pregnancy... maybe it is just something as you ovulated late and implantation didnt take place when they thought it did! Stay positive and pray! Pray girl pray!

You could have ovulated late, and arent that far along. it happens alot. And if it was real early, they wouldnt be able to see much anyway.
Or, you could have a missed miscarriage, where you lost the baby but your body doesnt release it. I have had this happen. I didnt have any bleeding, and only one day with any kind of cramps. I was at 10 weeks when they found out it had stopped growing. Or it could ectopic.
Be sure they do plenty of testing and stuff to make sure there is no way that you really arent just really early in your pregnancy. I hope for the best for you!!!

I wouldn't worry. Their are more than likely checking how far along you really are.

Why the test is performed:
HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin ) appears in the blood and urine of pregnant women as early as 10 days after conception. Quantitative HCG measurements can precisely predict the age of the fetus.

Ultrasounds do not always go perfectly. That's why they can't GUARANTEE the baby's sex until the baby comes out. Hang in there - your quantitative test results may come out just fine. The thickening of the lining is a good sign.

But you might need to be checked for an ectopic pregnancy.

It could be an eptopic pregnancy, which is the fetus is forming in the philopian tube.......very dangerous. If this is the case you will have to have an operation to terminate the pregnancy, because there is no way for the child to survive, and it will harm you as well.
