my partner is going to stay at home whilse i do out and work, its becausei have a higher level of education and can work less hours for more money so allows child to have one partner at home and still get to see the other as much as possible, also my baby is a male so i thought a male bring up a mal would be lovely, although because i am breastfeeding i will be a little upset when i have to express all the milk instead think at the end of the day wil crave the night feeds with him… but i think my partner staying at home is best for the family.
I stay at home mainly because my husband works 11 am till 9 pm leaving me a little window to find a job to work at. Also I can not afford to pay someone to watch my children because any job I would find would all be going to the sitter. Why should I work and give all my wages to a stranger that will raise my children how they see fit. I feel comfortable with my reasons. Not financially able and not comfortable with a stranger watching my children. However once they are all in full time school I will seek part time work.
My brother-in-law is a SAHD, but there are medical reasons behind that in addition to unemployment. My sister would love to able to reverse the situation, but it’s not feasible at this time.
My dad takes care of me. it has not had any adverse effects. My mom comes home at 5 and we aren’t separated. My dad takes care of me after school, my mom comes, my dad goes to work. there is nothing wrong with it

My husband stays home days and works nights. Why? So our children would not have to go to daycare.

I am single dad with custody of the kids. I wished I could stay home with them. I need more time.
